  Been trying to settle an account of my nephew’s after he past and it has been one thing after another. You give them what they ask for and expect it to be taken care of in a few days then weeks past and they need something else. I have furnished all the paperwork the court said I had too in order to settle this account and that’s not good enough for their business. This past week they wanted an tax ID number for him so I got that and now another week has pasted with no communication from them. You can’t get the business taken care of. They don’t return your calls when you leave messages. This has been the most frustrating thing I have had to do in taking care of his business. Everything else was a breeze. This company needs serious improvements.

  Talk about trashy company. They will keep you on hold transfer you to 10 other people before telling you to call your branch office to help you with one simple thing. Absolute junk. Edward jones customer service sucks!

  I am concerned for the security of customers. For seven years I have been calling Edward Jones to inform them that their client no longer lives at my current address (and never has since I have owned the property). They continue to send statements and tax forms, which I can only assume contain personal and/or sensitive information. I have been told for years that they would reach out to their client to confirm an address change and I have even done my own research to provide them a potential current address/contact. My most recent call was last month and after having just received another statement today, I am hopeful that this review will motivate them to reach out to C. Moler (IA) Once resolved, I will happily remove this review. Thank you. Update: 7/20/22 Received yet another statement for C. Moler. I’ve decided that if I ever write a sitcom, the boss will be notorious for poor policy and will be named Ed Jones.

  I transferred out all my IRA money after 2 years and 22 days. Of course, I was charged for a full 3rd year fee for the extra 22 days, and a $95 termination fee. Do you know how many management companies out there that do not charge annual fees or termination fees? While the major indexes soared 27% in fiscal year of 2017, I got less than 2% return at here, plus an annual fee bill. Do you know what is the chance that I would recommend Edward Jones to any of my family and friends? ZERO.
