She went above and beyond to help us get our check cashed, and even explained the options they have for the Flare Account cards so we didn't have to carry a large amount of cash all weekend while my bank's website and app are down for maintenance. We've been using Ace for a long time, but thia was the first time we had the pleasure of working with Nette. She got us quickly taken care of, in and out, and was very paitent in helping my Autisitc son (he's an adult, and working toward being able to live independently) learn how to handle a transaction like this, speaking to him with normal language and treating him with the same professionalism and warmth she did all the other customers. The store is easily accessed and found, was very clean, and everything was neatly organized. 100% recommend working with Ace, and if you have the privilege of having Nette take care of you, it will be a breeze. We were in and out quickly, and fees were VERY reasonable. Thank you again Nette, and you need a RAISE! We look forward to continuing to do business with Ace, especially if we can work with Nette.
