She followed up with calls and assured me the check for the loan would be at the Saint Charles location and the branch manager had it and I didn’t have to wait long for it..! - MDMichael DuingOct 1, 20251.0having to go inside was a big inconvenience as a shared branch member but now the verification on my phone is too much and since it doesn't work properly is a huge security risk. i will open a new account at a closer cu but i won't go back to alltru . andto top it off they were rude .

The tellers are RUDE, AND VERY UNAPOLOGETIC when errors are made!!!! They will have you believe that your debit card is ready for purchases, only to be declined!!!! They are EXTREMELY negligent and do not communicate well at all!!!! Bank at your OWN risk!!!!
