    Not help me needed talk with fraud department said they not talk to customer .I needed help asap no would talk to me help answer questions tell me how long they block me on line I needed get back on.line but they it care about my back need. I will change banks not like way I am being treated worst bank I had account

    I’m giving a 3 star review, here is why- the people at the location are top notch, especially Beth 5 star! My review would have been a 5 overall but Bank of Missouri has gone to robot answered phone system!! I like to be able to call, a human picks up, and gets my banking business handled. That is huge and truly personalized service ! As I listen to this hold music that says I’m 7th caller in the que , the recording has the CEO talking about personalized service in their slogan! Not anymore, a huge piece is missing now without that touch of answering the phone. I was sure to tell the call center that I finally got connected after a 20 minute wait time to pass this message on up the chain to the CEO!

    Bank of Bolivar - Springfield branch is such an exceptional bank. They are very professional, fast, and are very willing to assist.

    It's a ok bank there online banking is slow all the time you never really know how much you have because they take so long to take money out of your account if someone takes out your money without your permission they won't help you just tell you to fill out papers an you never see your money again so yea hope it helps "customers" out some
