Also, the blanket statement replies you see to any negative reviews are blatantly obvious it's either the manager themselves replying or someone that could care less to investigate these issues the branch has here with the manager. Words of advice to this manager, "I believe their name rhymes with, mess". If you don't like dealing with customers then steer clear of managing or getting on the phone or having any communication with us at all.
