- MCMark CookNov 10, 20255.0Great bank! Was very nice of them to allow me to open an account without meeting the minimum balance requirement. Usually it is $25, but they allowed me to do $10. Which was definitely something they didn't need to do. Recommend banking with them if you want nice employees who can help and understand for scenarios such as this.

I have only had a good experience with one of the male workers and otherwise the female workers are rude and seem bothered to help. I prefer the one on west republic road they have a great, friendly and very helpful staff, but they are closed temporarily.
