Card is refused at neighborhood Walmart because they clam fraud. I get keeping things secure but not from the customer. My experience with local banks is limited and I've gone back to my bank in Illinois that appreciates my business

Allow financial abuse to happen right in front of her and let the financial abuse continue and be completed.
