- KRKt RandallJun 21, 20251.0I called to receive help on a refund transaction that was not yet received. I just needed to find out if we needed to dispute the charges. I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes. When the clock hit 5 I called another location where my questions were answered in 5 minutes. This branch didn’t help me at all. I’ve called in previous times and they can never seem to help.

Alls, I can say about some of the negative reviews.. maybe it's not employees.. made they just return the attitude they receive from the customer. Cause I have never had a bad experience with them. Keep up the good work..

- KEKevin EatonOct 16, 20161.0If you strictly use their mobile app you wont have a problem...on the other hand if you need help and call the 1800 number to the solutions center expect snotty attitude and people who hate their jobs and hate assisting customers even more. If you go to the w kearney branch and you find yourself talking to Renee Wadlington dont just get up and leave but run!! This lady doesnt have a customer service bone in her body. Her idea is to point the blame on whoever or whatever instead of resolving the issue. She was so aggrivating i couldnt finish the dispute i initiated and had to walk away from her..her blame game was just too much. The customer service is why i switched to Bank of America and this lady just confirmed that I made the right decision!! Brandon the branch manager at this location however is truly an asset to this bank! He took my complaint seriously and if great southern is smart they will realize what a great manager he is. Move Brandon up and move Renee out!!
