When I moved to this town, the staff of the Rolla branch quickly learned who I was. Every time I come through the drive through or the lobby, it is a very pleasant and welcoming experience. The staff genuinely care about hearing how my day has been, but they also don't push any conversation into wasting time or similar. I have had some experience with lending from Bank of MO as well, and I can not recommend this branch or this bank enough. The entire company is very pleasant and easy to work with, including the 24hr service line.
