If you get a credit card thru them, the interest rate is like 35%. And then after you've been with them for awhile (2 years) they start charging you $20 per MONTH Ze to have the card.
WORST CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN EXISTENCE.

You can't call the bank directly to talk to anyone about your account. It goes directly to a call center instead and when the call center tries to transfer you to the bank, no one answers. When I drive to the bank to show them I had been on hold for 35 minutes, Faye was rude and said the phone never rang. Poor customer service.

The bank of Missouri has really gone from ok to really bad. Do yourself a favor and go to a bank that will care about your banking business. This one only justifies their mistakes and does nothing to resolve their mistakes. After years of being with the bank of Missouri my debit card expired and like usual they send you a new card only this time they sent me one that had to be defective, because not in just one place but in several places where I tried to pay for my purchases it was DECLINED! I went to different stations, so not to used the same card reader and everyone was declined. When I called the bank speaking to many different customer service people they would say that they have nothing on their end showing that I was declined that it was the merchants card reader or something justifying and blowing me off. For over a week I would be declined and when I called it was the same thing from them that they don't see this on their end blah blah blah. One person even said they would send me a new card which I never got and there was never a mention that they would because of my troubles send it overnight express. Oh and the first time they wanted me to drive from St Louis to a branch in Jackson MO to get a new card due to the one in Perryville was out of order. I decided to save more embarrassment took a check and opened an account with a bank that is a lot more reputable instead of constantly dealing with the DECLINED transactions and the bank offering me no resolution or even trying to fix this. I have the receipts from some that were declined and I hept running the same card again until after three declines it was approved. One person from their bank even said that I was not the only one experiencing this problem. I honestly didn't care if everyone who had an account with this bank was having the same problem all I cared about was that they fix my problem, which they never did. Instead while I was trying to make sure I kept money in my account incase I had forgotten to move a recurring automatic payment they dinged me with a $5 service charge after all the trouble they caused. I have now written a check to zero out the account now, and only time will tell if they try to change me another fee even with me sending a message that I was closing the account. Save yourself a horrible experience and go with a reputable bank this was so frustrating and very unnecessary. Run very fast away from the bank of Missouri!
