- JTJohn ThomasNov 8, 20251.0If you get a credit card thru them, the interest rate is like 35%. And then after you've been with them for awhile (2 years) they start charging you $20 per MONTH Ze to have the card. WORST CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN EXISTENCE.

It goes directly to a call center instead and when the call center tries to transfer you to the bank, no one answers. When I drive to the bank to show them I had been on hold for 35 minutes, Faye was rude and said the phone never rang. Poor customer service.
