    I do not bank here but his is where my elementary kids bus stop is. Was told this morning by one of the workers that we can no longer wait the 5 mins for the bus. What little elementary poses a threat at 740am while they wait for the bus or me as a parent in my robe lol. Told us that we need to wait on the other side of street or park in the road. We don't take up the parking lot only 2 cars wait for bus for 5mins. And we wait in our cars. If you have a problem with where the kids bus stop is contact the school don't have a rude worker come tells us. No, if you have a problem where the school places the bus stop then you contact the school. Plus you have no security team there, your security team is the police department so call them to tell the kids to move.

    Not a customer...never will be. Went to the location to cash a check written on their bank. First they want $8 to cash a check written on one of their accounts and then they wanted social security number, place of employment etc to cash the check. They already had my license and fingerprint. Nope , I'll just deposit it at my bank and won't accept checks from Bank of MO.

    No matter what my needs are, they've been met. I am extremely happy I switched my acct to Bank of Missouri from Bank of America, the ease of the mobile app, and even my face to face at the drive through (yes, they have drive through) has been nothing but positive. Thank you for making my life easier. Great job!!
