  I have banked with Great Southern for years and have received thousands of dollars on this exact card at multiple Great Southern locations without issue. Every other branch I’ve visited has been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional—this location was the complete opposite. During my visit, I was treated with unnecessary hostility and dismissiveness by Linda Fay, who displayed a poor attitude and an unwillingness to help with a routine request that other Great Southern branches have handled without hesitation. When I asked to speak with a manager, Tenya Privett reinforced the same unprofessional behavior rather than resolving the issue or offering a clear, customer-focused explanation. What was most troubling was not just the refusal itself, but the tone, lack of professionalism, and absence of basic customer service. No attempt was made to de-escalate the situation, provide alternatives, or acknowledge my long-standing relationship with the bank. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated—something I have never experienced at any other Great Southern branch. This experience was so far below the standard Great Southern typically upholds that I feel compelled to document it publicly. I strongly encourage management to review this interaction, as behavior like this reflects poorly on an otherwise reputable institution and risks driving loyal customers away. Unless this location addresses its customer service culture, I will avoid it entirely and continue banking only at branches that uphold the professionalism Great Southern claims to value.

  I went in there about a year ago very poor service acted like I was a idiot.will never go back in there.

  I have my mom's account here and they have been nothing but wonderful with my mom. Even when she calls them up with silly questions and gives details they don't need, they are sweet and gracious.
