- SSS SOct 16, 20251.0This Branch of Edward Jones is poorly run and it is quite possible they have no idea what they are doing. I trusted my SMALL amount of money with Sharon Sherbina and her partners and they have made a "POOR" fool of me. The words I heard when I joined them were "I am like a dog with a bone and I will work so hard to make you money and take the best care of you". They have single handedly LOST an account of mine that they supposedly took over. When I tried to remove the money and sever ties with the company they gave me access to 2 small accounts but somehow LOST my larger one, and insisted they had nothing to do with it. Once the back and forth became intense they literally stopped interacting with me all together. I have never been so disgusted with how poorly they do business. I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY I AM TRYING TO GET BACK FROM THEM. I would not recommend this company AT all. I have since read reviews about Edward Jones in general and am mortified to learn that other people have NEVER been paid when trying to close accounts. People please do your research on these companies before you invest. Shame on you Edward Jones
