My card gets turned off at least once a week and I have to call back to get it turned on every time. This has always been annoying and there’s never been a solution but the final straw was when we paid $1500 for an ad campaign and that transaction went through but as we’re paying for the ads our card gets shut off after only $30. This has now affected the entire campaign and is greatly affecting our ability to make money. My card getting turned off weekly was always annoying but this was the final straw. As soon as our ad campaign is over with we will be finding a new bank. If you like to use your card to pay for things don’t use this bank.

We were given all the time we needed to complete our banking tasks including creating our online banking app. Jason was very helpful and took his time to explain everything in great detail. Ethan was helpful as well. I highly recommend Great Southern Bank and this location in particular. Being our seventies we have in depth knowledge of banking expertises and this far exceeded our expectations. We particularly appreciated their patience and spirit of cooperation…banking made easy!!!
