  Well I opened up a checking account and a savings account and I couldn’t be happier. I was with US Bank for 21 years until I moved to Nixa this year with no locations and the 3 locations in Springfield (2 in which are closed on Saturday and the one that is open until noon on Saturday has NO Tellers and the drive-thru is of course closed). To me Great Southern or their ATM seems to be on every corner in Nixa, Springfield etc. Great Southern is a great bank!

  The ineptitude of the office staff and IT department is unbelievable. Opened an account with sale of house funds and could not get online banking ap to let me set up online banking. Called IT and was told I was locked out due to too many attempts. I had only tried twice with the exact same results. I was told that the system would lock account access after third attempt. Found out it was locked because of an old account from 2015 that was closed when I moved out of state. Got two letters in the mail one for my old (closed in 2015) and new account saying that my address had been changed. I really liked GSB when I had them before but just closed the account I had opened last week and will not be doing business with them in the future.

  Really happy with this location. They resolve all of my concerns and help when I need them. But will not go to the one on Main St. Have had many so not happy experience at that one. But this location is GREAT AND WONDERFUL..
