- VAVicki AlsupSep 30, 20253.0I've been with this bank for over 10 years. Friendly customer service is hit and miss. Those that are, thank you. Those that act put-out because Im doing business with you, get over it. That button you push to sat Hello, is also there to communicate with your customer. Use it sometime. Then the customer wont have to use the "call teller" button and apparently ruin your day by asking for certain denomination of funds.

- OSO SSep 29, 20215.0Started an account there recently when I moved to Nevada. Warm, personal service. There's a complicated thing called a medallion signature that the government often requires and it's very difficult to get, but upon starting a relationship with this bank, they're happy to provide one to me. They pick up the phone when you call and it's at your local branch. This is really the way banking should be.
