Needed to talk to an officer, waited 15 minutes standing in lobby waiting for the representative to acknowledge me. She appeared to be doing research on her computer. Started to leave when cashier went in again and remined her I was still there. Final straw was when we went in to deposit a substantial check. Believe or not, drive through said they could not accept it because it was made out to their bank. Been doing this for years. They called me when I got home and said they could accept the check, the girl wasn't trained. Wanted me to drive back up and try again. This really is not rocket science . We are happily moving our accounts to another local bank. If you have good luck here great for you.
