This location has had several wonderful advisors over the years, but Darrell has been arrogant, condescending, unresponsive, and gotten so behind on work that he didn't sell stocks we requested to sell until six days after our request. Additionally, the advisor's administrative assistant, Andrea, is professionally incompetent. She gets peoples' names wrong, confuses simple directions, is forgetful, and makes pretty serious errors that affect the financial wellbeing of clients. If you want to work with Edward Jones (which has been a pretty good company to work with otherwise), find literally any other advisor, and you'll be in great hands. Thank you!
