I have gone here since the other one on blue ridge closed. I cash checks regularly. Then the lady made me spend at least 30-45 minutes filling out more paperwork because she said I haven’t been there in a year. Even though I have cashed checks there in August and September. I’m not applying for loans or asking you for money!! I shouldn’t have to identify my first born to get a check cashed!! After I was put in the system of the other one, I never even needed an id after that!! Do better!! Stop taking up my time!! There is literally never anyone in there when I get there!! 6 generations of information is not required for me to get my money!! Won’t go back here!! Hope you don’t either!!!
