- CNC NJul 5, 20241.0They steal your money at their machines. Another reason to NEVER use this bank. We are going back to a regular bank. They do not have tellers, you are forced to use machines that can only handle 30 bills for deposit at a time. So, your wasting time if you have 2400 in 20s and then....(not this is great) it will refuse the whole thing if a 20 has an issue. Then, it will return your money and then you will be missing 20s. Then you hit the screen to talk to a teller that can't hear you. They tell you to go inside and talk to financial advisor and fill out a form. Then that person says there is no form and you have to wait for them to balance their machines which is once every week or 2 AND SHE "TOOK DOWN MY INFO".So you are out of luck until they fix it and that's even if you get it back. THIEVES!
