- LNLsn NNov 6, 20251.0RIDICULOUS! WHY MERGE BANKS IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOING TO DECLINE! I PROMISE YOU I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER BANK I'VE BEEN WITH THIS BANK FOR ABOUT 35 YEARS. ALSO HAD MY FAMILY TO BECOME MEMBERS OF THIS CREDIT UNION. RIDICULOUS ON THE PHONE TWICE TOLD THEIR 10 PEOPLE AHEAD ME AS I WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS HAPPENED IN THE A.M. AND IN THE P.M. CLOSE THE LOAN CENTER OH NO PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY TRANSFERRED. TRY TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE CALL CENTER WAS TOLD I'LL BE TRANSFERRED AND IT WAS DISCONNECTED. CREDIT UNION YOU'VE GOTTEN WORSE SHAME ON YOU. DON'T MERGE GO BACK TO INDIVIDUAL BANKING!

I said it. Yep I did. I hate kilowatt credit union merge with this institution. Counter tellers always nice and helpful. They are merging again. Something fishy going on here.

- CTCeaira ThompsonJul 10, 20232.0I’ve had my account for over 10yrs and I used to love the small town feel of it, but they’ve ruined that over the years with adding technology that was unnecessary and employees who simply just don’t care. I miss the days when you can pull up to the teller window & they know you by name. I even moved 2hrs away & still kept MCU as my primary bank, but I will now be taking my business elsewhere!!
