They sometimes, even have to repeat themselves, because I needed to be told again. They are kind and patient, and I can really tell its genuine, not fake. I can call them for any reason and they are still kind and patient. I feel comfortable with them. They give me options, not tell me one thing, which a fill in girl, here, did one time. I appreciate both of them, making me feel at ease, informed and really there for me, if I need anything. They are top notch, in my book.
