I hope the short haired older one reads this- the way you speak to and look at people needs to be addressed. You are as condescending at you are tall.

They gave us such a hard time with closing an account for a family member that passed away recently. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank. Cause someone needs to have a talk with their entire staff on compassion.
