Apparently, there is only one worker who is able to do anything above and beyond a typical deposit/withdraw. I have watched the girls behind the counter turn away multiple customers because of this one guy being busy. The specialist is opening up an account for a new customer. Meanwhile all I want to do is withdraw all my money and switch banks after this experience. I highly suggest corporate rethink their customer service model.
