- BBBrandon BechtoldJul 7, 20252.0I like them as a bank, but they have not been the most reliable when it comes to banking! I don't drive and I use the bank by my house on Broadway because it's walking distance. I also still get paper checks. Well I don't know what's been going on with their atm but the past two weekends it hasn't been working! I tried to put my money in my bank account and it hasn't worked sense Friday and no one came out to fix it all weekend and sense they didn't I couldn't put my money on my card so I couldn't afford a taxi to go to the other bank across town to use their ATM! They need to start messaging us if The ATM is going to be out of use or have a back up plan!
