- CBCindy BerrymanJul 8, 20215.0For many years, my husband and I had a different Edward Jones representative. We changed to Kevin about 4 years ago. We had no idea how inadequate our former advisor was until we measured his "performance" to Kevin's. Kevin actively advises, thoroughly educating us about why one stock is preferred over another. He considers the effect that selling a stock would have on our tax liability and is continually researching the best stocks for our investing style. He initiates contact every three months (we heard from our previous advisor once a year) and calls whenever he thinks that something occurring in the current market might be alarming. He returns calls in a timely fashion and is always upbeat. Finally, his advice made us more money the first year than we made in the previous 3 years with our former representative. If you want to work with an advisor who is hard-working, dedicated, and honest, Kevin is your man.
