You go to any other Wells Fargo and you can give them one ID and make your deposit today I go in and make a deposit. They want two forms ID in my bank card in the drive-through. I called the main number and they Call to find out what the deal was and apparently it’s only that branch now. I wouldn’t waste my time getting an account with this branch, if you could avoid it, that’s for sure!

Asked if they could pull up my daily withdraw amount and they said they had to fire up the computer so there system is already shut down an hour before closing, very embarrassing, and while I was waiting for them to fire up there computer when it should have been on during open hours in the first place they hung up on me and did not call back. Horrible customer service and a bunch of lazy people at this branch. Will not be a customer of Wells Fargo’s for much longer.
