- SNSean NaingAug 2, 20231.0My dad had a problem with online banking that was locked by fraud department. So they told us to go to local branch and verify his identity with banker. The 1st time we went there and we tried to explain to the manager and he wouldn't listen to us. He just verified on his computer and gave us a sheet of updates for my dad profile. We told the manager again that they have to call and verified with fraud department, but he just said it will be ok and we came back and I login to my dad's online banking and it wouldn't let him login so I decided to call the fraud department and they said the bank has to call them and verify. Couple weeks later we go to the branch again and this time is my sister and my dad and the banker lady told us that she didn't have time to call. We would have to make an appointment. And then we made an appointment and go to bank again she said we only have 30 mins and she still have next appointment. She said if it gonna take longer then we would have to come back. Very terrible experience!!!The bankers should know better when it comes to these situations we as a customer don't need to explain a lot to them. They should already known.
