- MLMya LayAug 20, 20211.0Highly disappointed in this branch. I had went to go insert cash deposit through their atm and their atm jammed and didn’t give my cash back or credited it to me. So I had went inside the branch and notified them. They said they will open the atm and resolve it for me and will give me a call back. I didn’t receive a call yesterday so I decided to call them and ask the status of the situation the supervisor Jill I believe that was her name rudely responded to me “the $245 was credited to your account did you not check your account?” I responded defensively no due to the fact I was waiting for a phone call back. I work in customer service, and the way how you speak to your customers plays a big key in your career. The workers there were very positive and sweet to me and I would think the supervisor would even have a better customer service sadly that was not the case. I’ve only been a member for less than a month and I’m thinking of canceling my membership with them now.
