  5 Stars - Finally, Financial Advisors With Actual Ethics After a devastating experience with a previous financial advisor who damaged both my finances AND my family relationships through manipulation and dishonesty, I was hesitant to trust anyone in this industry again. Nick and Jason at Wells Fargo Woodbury have restored my faith that ethical financial advisors still exist. What sets them apart is their priorities are in the right order: Truth, People, then Money. Not the other way around like some advisors who will sell their soul (and yours) for a commission. They actually tell you what's going on with YOUR money. No games. No BS. They're helping me set up a Donor-Advised Fund for my foundation work, but more importantly, they're treating both my mother and me with respect and honesty. No pushing products for commissions. No playing family members against each other. No disappearing after the sale. What matters most: They respect family dynamics and give us the full picture - not just the options that benefit them. They actually seem to care about helping us achieve our goals rather than just making a quick commission. Still working through the cleanup from our previous advisor's mess, but Nick and Jason have been patient and professional throughout. They understand that trust has to be earned, especially after you've been burned. If you've been betrayed by unethical advisors before, give these guys a chance.   This branch has serious problems. I have been a customer for over 30 years but I think it’s time to leave! No matter day or time of day the wait is over an hour! They shut down the other branch in Woodbury MN and obviously can’t keep up with the service needed for its amount of customers.

  Because of lines being so long I have been depositing my checks over the phone I always get the check deposited the same day and the funds available the same day unless you go over a 1,000 dollar but the other day they decided to hold my check and only give me half and rent was due I was so angry they did not settle the probIem and I was late for work they said there was nothing they could do about it. I have been banking at this bank for years I told them if they didn't have it fixed before I left on my next day off of work I will be looking some where else to bank

  4 of 6 lanes open. Approx 14 to 16 cars in these lines. I got in line at 2:15 pm. Still waiting.
