- VTV TenAug 3, 20231.0I’m a teller myself so I know the way we’re suppose to treat our customers, not sure if this teller was having a rough day but I never felt disrespected and insulted at a branch before till this day. I was in the drive thru and I simply had questions about my account this teller was so rude and snobby. When I asked if I could talk to someone else he simply said no. I know that’s not true because that’s when the teller should’ve spoke to his service manager to get more assistance. Honestly I hope the service manager and branch manager sees this, at least retrain your tellers in customer service skills because at my branch this wouldn’t be tolerated. I choose not to escalate the situation and just drove off.
- FMFLASH MagicApr 4, 20221.0Waited 45 minutes in the main entryway no one greeted me before I left. there's a guy in the back and not helping anyone the whole time and says he's waiting for an appointment for someone who comes in 45 minutes later I just needed a notary this is not a way to run a business especially a bank without a greeter to figure out and plan stuff , and if you are so short staffed close a branch and put everyone to one branch so at least you have one branch that can work efficiently

Vani helped me open my account and she made sure to explain everything and let me know that I was able to waive the monthly fee! Very clean and nice inside the bank!
