Not all things should be virtual. When I go to make a cash desposit, I do not want to put it into a machine while trying to get the person on screen to understand what I need. When I went in I expected to talk to a real live human being, easily communicate what I needed, hand my cash to said human being, and have it done while enjoying the experience of face to face human interaction. Instead I was directed to a machine, told to talk to the screen, and hope that neither the machine broke/malfunctioned or the network connection didn't drop. Wouldn't have to worry about either of those issues if there was just an actual human. This is on the level of scanning a stupid QR code to see the menu at a restaurant, but worse. If the QR code doesn't work or the website with the menu goes down, I can at least just go somewhere else. I probably would be anyways because having a physical menu is part of the restaurant experience, and also not everyone's phones can scan stupid QR codes. Mine doesn't. At a financial institution, if the machine breaks or the network disconnects, what happens to my money trapped inside? Do I get it back? Can the few physically present employees get it back? What if I wanted to do a cash withdrawal? I wouldn't have any of these potential issues if there were just a live human being present to process my cash. Some things make sense to have virtual. The teller is not one of them.

I’ve been picking up $40-$60 in quarters about every 3 months since they opened this location and never have had an issue. Came in today and was told they don’t give quarters out and to go to another location. Then one employee said he only had $40 in quarters and could maybe give me 2 rolls.

Wouldn’t recommend for older folks, or folks that aren’t tech savvy. This is a waste of space. No tellers, just a bunch of ATM machines that’ll virtually connect you to someone. The day I went, the connection line was down. Horrible communication by staff members because not even the lady who worked there knew, until this other guy came and told her. WASTE OF SPACE, put tellers in there.

I’ve been banking many many years. This bank is an absolute joke. Terrible in every way possible. No money, No change, No service available. My daughter had an account here for over 10 years and they would not give her cash when she closed her account. Instead Gave her a check. She asked if they could give her cash, they said you don’t have an account here! 🫨. She just closed it after 10 years. I would NEVER recommend this bank.

Dan Christensen helped my dad and me at the Woodbury location. He was super patient and helpful with my father who is a bit older. I am so grateful for his wonderful customer service and attention to detail, and especially for his patience with my father.
