Right when I walked through the doors she welcomed me with her beautiful smile and asked what brought me to Wells Fargo that day. I told her my issue and she said with confidence "Don't you worry, let me help you with that." She brought me to her office and not even 5 minutes she fixed my issue. Nicole even took the time to look over my accounts and on top of that she checked in with me to see if I had any financial goals. I remember when Nicole was even the service manager, she has always gone above and beyond for customers. Nicole is the definition of going above and beyond for customer service. Her manager she also be proud because he trained her. Now everyone else there should follow in Nicole's footsteps. I think other businesses could also learn from this young lady. Wells Fargo better hold tight onto Nicole and the branch manager.
