  Lost money, unknown fees, poor communication, the list goes on. If not.for some.staff.from.Bremer.i would leave. I have spent over a dozen hours struggling with Old National to.resolve mistakes BY THEM. Still thinking about moving to a bank more user friendly

  Charging me 24$ when I have over 500$ in my savings despite saying 500$ is my limit . I don’t think it’s fair to charge almost 30$ . Bremer used to only do 4$ and minimum was 300$ what a joke

  They have had horrible service since the change and no one seems to know what they are doing. When I first got my card, the chip did not work and I was calling from October through December to get ahold of someone for a new card and never heard back. Then recently, I had a fraud transaction on my account that I caught while it was still pending. I called immediately and struggled to even get anyone on the phone. When I finally did I was told the transaction would not post to my account so I wouldn’t need to worry it would just fall off of my account. The next day it posted to my account and actually refunded my credit card payment to me. Therefore I am now dealing with being unable to pay my credit card risking late fees and they have told me there’s nothing to do about it. I have been fighting to get someone on the phone for 3 days straight. I am now sitting with zero access to my money no way to pay a late credit card and having multiple people tell me completely different things on the matter. I am extremely frustrated that no one is able to help me. I am hoping this is settled soon so I can close my account. I pray no one else will ever have to deal with this and hope even just one person can see this and not choose this bank.

  Bremer was bad enough that we have been seriously debating closing our acount and going with nothing but credit unions for some time. Our bremer card expired a month before the transition but they denied my request for an old national debit card then thus making me have to swap all bills and autopays TWICE in a month. Thanks to their unwillingness to issue our new card under Old National and the headaches that arose as a result, we are closing our accounts immediately and going fully to the CCU when I had previously planned to keep O.N.B. open as a backup. The headache and stress of the transfer was the only thing that had stayed my hand and kept my bremer acount open this far, so nows the time. In todays world there is exactly 0 reason to do buisness with a bank where only their corporate profits matter. Rather take your buisness to a credit union where you actually matter. Our experience with the willmar ccu has been exemplary with savings, checking, and several loans. Swap over and dont look back
