We went to the bank a couple of hours early, and the vice president of the bank, Michael Lang, took the time to squeeze us in early. The entire process was smooth. Michael was very helpful with answers to all of my questions. This is why I love Wells Fargo. Great Experience. Even the Branch Manager was helping out with all of the "new passwords.
