  I went to this bank and requested a printed statement and they said "no." Worst customer service I have experienced at a bank.

  The remodel is terrible and was unnecessary. Please bring back the historical West St. Paul artwork picture that was on the ceiling. Why would why would you guys put ketchup and mustard in a frame as artwork. My history was in that original art picture. Now y'all have a picture of Red paint framed and yellow paint framed ( just lines and dots). What was the reason for removing the History because it was beautiful.

  Look at all the 1 star reviews. This is the worst location. Apparently there is no restroom for a client. But you can always go to target!!

  I was with Wells Fargo for 20 years. I ended up going through a few hardships and a job change. When my account was overdrawn for 60 days they canceled my checking account. I was literally trying to give my checking account info to my new employer and wasn't able to because they canceled it. I am just completely disgusted with the company and will be looking to write every bad review that I can find. They have set me up with every fee known to man. I stayed with Wells Fargo for years even when the ruined their reputation. I would highly recommend using a different bank.

  I made a purchase and because of that I got logged out of my account. I went to the branch in Wells Fargo and ask them to help me. They would not assist me at all. Not only that, but they said I need to call a number. I'd like the lock number, and then when I called them, they told me that I had to go to the branch. And showed them ID, and they would unlock the account. I told them I had just got back from the branch. They straight up called me a liar that I never stepped foot in a branch. Any a?Call me a scammer, and all of this other stuff and so the lockout number refused to assist me. They wouldn't unlock my account. And the only way I could get my account unlocked is by asking my wife to call them and then once they talked to my wife, there were, you know, able to they unlock my account no problems, but yet they weren't willing to assess me And just call me a scammer and a liar and everything which isn't true, because I gave them my information, I even gave them my social security number and everything. And they still told me that I was a liar. And I was pretending to be somebody else. Is that any way to treat a customer and not just any customer?A special needs customer even when law enforcement glt involved they still wouldn't unlock my account I told the number that was on the back of my card. Even that number end a lockout number straight upset that I need to go to the bank. I told them I just came back from the bank. I even told them that even when law enforcement got involved, they still wouldn't unlocked my account. They just straight up told me, I never was at the bank. And law enforcement never got involved, which is a lie because if you want to check into it, it was the invergo heights, police department because they refuse to unblock my account. So I'm like, okay, I'll sit here until they do and that's why they call it the cops on me. So yeah, they the store wouldn't even cooperate with law enforcement, and it's pretty sad when a bank doesn't cooperate with law enforcement. And it's pretty sad when corporate straight up, call with you a liar and a fraud. as well
