When I asked for clarification, the teller, Diarra, placed the blame on me rather than helping resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced service problems at this branch. I would appreciate better accuracy and professionalism, especially for more complex or high-value transactions.

Despite not having an appointment and lacking witnesses (we are from out of town), Josh Engstrom and the excellent bank staff witnessed our signatures and notarized our documents. They couldn't have been kinder or more professional. Outstanding job.
