I rarely have to do business with them but when I do, it is guaranteed they will screw it up. I just dealt with their dept that works with international transactions and the woman on the line said they don't see whether the currency is in US dollars or a different currency. I was dealing with Mexican dollars and she said "all it says is dollars- I don't know what currency". REALLY?! WOW. YOU ARE A BANKING INSTITUTION IN THE INTERNATIONAL SECURE AND YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO WHETHER A TRANSACTION IS IN US OR FOREIGN CURRENCY?? The insane part of it is that they act like I am the one with the problem. They will randomly freeze your card as well. RUN--- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You will regret it.
