And why do they have a drive up service in the ATM lane? The last three times i went to pull $ out of ATM someone is there and takes 10-15 minutes. There are other drive up service lanes. The ATM is supposed to be for quick service. But can't get in when someone is using the drive up. So annoying.

- JSJUST STOPNov 29, 20191.0This bank is terrible now. Literally not one thing has gotten better since the change. But a whole lot of stuff has gotten worse. Now the one in Waconia doesn’t even have a drive up window. It’s insane. If you need to do a simple bank transaction like getting change you have to actually go into the bank like it’s 1970 again. Nothing they’ve changed has benefited the customer. Nothing. Hours are shorter. Have to fill out a deposit slip again instead of just giving them your debit card. They have a 3.95 minimum balance fee if you don’t keep $500 min. Seriously the bank is a joke. I’m switching to one of the other like 4 banks in town that don’t charge monthly and actually have a drive up window. Stay away from this bank.
