- TWTobias Waters5 days ago1.0Waited in line for 30 minutes just to be denied help. Each time I’ve come to this location it’s been painfully slow. I showed up in time, it’s not my fault you only had one person helping. I literally had nobody ahead of me that’s how long they took with the customer at the counter. They turned me down and said I’d be better off using a different bank since I needed to open a business account, which I already have several of at this bank. The fact they suggested me to work with someone else is appalling and I will be looking to do so.

I’ve been with them since 1994 and since the merger they are killing me with fees - for the same transactions I was getting no fees on with spire. Customer service was useless as well, simply asking them to stop payment on a transaction before it results in fees and cannot do that. Cannot stop the payment or the fee it will incur.

I’m assuming she hates her job, because she treated me rude from start to finish. I was shocked by the customer service I received . Do better! Next time I’ll just make an appointment with Mia she was great!

And was more set on signing you off that she didn’t finish the information right. Go to a different location. Also the staff is dry. Been to many locations and so far this is a no.
