They wouldn’t let me. It was in cash and a person could clearly see it had been done in the months previous. Such a stupid policy! My bank doesn’t do that. So, now my Landlord is switching to Venmo. Good job Wells Fargo Customer Service Girl! It’s no wonder people are migrating towards local credit unions or just not using banks at all. Do Better Wells Fargo! Edit: 5/5/2023 Still a joke of a bank! I tried to deposit a check into my mom’s account and they wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have an account number and they wouldn’t look up the account because I was not on her account. We share the same last name and address! What a joke bank!
