- SASalvador AlarconNov 18, 20251.0My wife was working in St. Cloud as a hospital traveler. We have a credit union in WA State that partners with other credit unions including TruStone. I was supposed to be treated like I have an account with them. Their system was down, and I was not able to withdraw $ directly with them so I used their ATM. The teller (male) inside was rude when I asked to have the money I withdrew broken down into smaller bills since the ATM only gives $20 bills as the smallest denominations. (I asked for a few $5's and $10's two $20 bills) He said that since he couldn't verify my account, he wasn't supposed to make change for non-members but he would make an exception. You just saw me inside, and know you should be helping me with whatever I need! It's not my fault you're system is down, but you knew I banked with your partner! Really poor customer service. I would never recommend this branch OR TruStone

Unknown to me, Trustone had transferred my money to a low interest savings account after the first month and didn’t bother to let me know. Find a different bank that makes good on their terms.
