- MEMarlene EricksonDec 18, 20251.0After Old National took over Bremer, I was not able to access my money. I use online banking, and over an entire weekend plus a couple days, I could not access my accounts. Also, an online deposit mysteriously disappeared and never hit my account. I chose to go into the St Charles branch and completely close out my accounts in October. This incompetent bank, after having closed and zeroed out my accounts, paid a bill. How can a bank pay a bill out of closed out accounts when there is zero money?? They did, and they have been continually harassing me ever since. It is now Dec 18 and the harassment continues. They have called, emailed, and sent physical letters in the mail stating I am overdrawn and need to pay! I have spoken to numerous supervisors throughout their banking system, and yet it persists. Just got off the phone for the final time as now it is time to file actual harassment charges and notify the FDIC. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend no one to use this bank!!!!!!!!
