  Save yourself the headache and bank anywhere else other than Wells Fargo. There are plenty of other banks out there that are much much better, and can actually provide a decent service.

  Sandran Dixon my banker she open for me a business account .She help me a lot a good customer service.they supposed to close at 5 but she help me until 5:55 PM. She have good Communication and Disciplined.

  No drive through, no coin counting machine (what sad excuse of a bank doesn't have a coin counting machine for their customers?) Always short staffed. It's seriously that, a sad excuse of a bank.

  The last few times I have used this Wells Fargo bank for teen free checking they took $20 out when I wanted to see my real balance each time but got no warnings about it and come to find out it was close to $100 the took with out telling me and would not give it back. I changed banks to TCF and that bank is way better.wells Fargo just lost a customer.
