- JAJane AndersonJun 11, 20251.0Poor customer service at this branch. I had a scheduled appointment and was told a couple of times someone would be with me shortly. I waited over 1/2 hour and stopped the banker on her way to another area to find out when they were going to help me. She said she was tied up and could I come back the next day. I am from out of town so I said no I had a scheduled appointment and the next day wouldn't work. She then said I should try the other bank downtown. I asked if she could call to see if anyone was available. She said she could after she was done dealing with her current situation. She also didn't have the phone number for the other bank so we could call to see if anyone was available. I left and went to the other bank and a nice personal banker helped me. The bank had emailed, text and called me with the appointment reminder beginning a couple days before and yet they were not able to meet me for the appointment.

I went to a different branch location and had no problems opening an account there. I was looking to open a business account and needed a lot of guidance to do so as this was my first time opening such an account. I had been trying to open the account since 12/12/18 and was given the run around by her and was told I didn’t have acquite information time and time again. I decided to got to a different branch and the lady there was extremely helpful, professional, understand and polite. I got my account opened that day along with additional information and tools to help me thrive moving forward.
