Steven is extremely knowledgeable and made everything go smoothly. I also loved being able to go into the Shakopee branch and working face to face with someone!

Now they want to take me to collections with no contact information except for the name Arnesha Hobson and only a Wisconsin address on the back of the envelope. They clearly want to smear my credit. I will never do business again with this financial institution.

In person service was not incredibly helpful, and upon investigating the reason why it was debited was incorrect, and they would not provide additional details regarding the situation.
