- MHMatthew HardingerDec 29, 20251.0Having trouble with them. I feel “sold.” They do not fund their loans. They have bounced their HELOC checks. They have an automated phone tree which takes 5-10 minutes to get to the right department. I was told that someone would look into it. Very frustrating when there’s 50k at stake, transferring between banks. They do not seem to care.
- KMKerry MarchessaultOct 5, 20251.0Worst bank ever they in rolled every member into this thing they call convenience pay if you don’t unroll in the wings app they pay your bills even if you don’t have any money in your account plus they charge you a 30 dollar overdraft fee. That bank has stolen at Least 120.00 in overdraft fees in the last two weeks. Worthless bank.

Every time I come in to work with someone whether it be about a loan, my accounts or I just have questions the staff are always amazing people to work with. Every time they’ve explained things thoroughly and in an understandable way and answered every question I’ve had without missing a beat. I hope they’re being recognized and appreciated for the job that they’re doing because they are doing fantastic.
- TYTricia YorekSep 5, 20245.0I would like to recognize Melissa the Branch Manager at the Savage location for her outstanding follow up and concern regarding a poor review that I had left due to an incident that happened at her Savage location. She called me within a few hours after I had posted a 1 star review to discuss and investigate where they fell short. Melissa was the epitome of professionalism and offered above and beyond customer service. She even resolved the issue I had immediately. Not only was she apologetic, but because of the true leader and manager she is, she wanted to understand from start to finish what had transpired in order to provide coaching and additional training to her team members. She listened to me and offered an apology on behalf of Wings. She made me feel like a valued member and she had even researched my file prior to calling me because she mentioned that I had been a loyal member for 14+ years. Melissa is truly an outstanding and one of a kind manager! She went above and beyond when she did not have to. Thank you, I really appreciate your follow up and Wings Financial is extremely lucky to have you as an employee and manager!
- SSSalinaJun 10, 20175.0The manager of the bank was rescuing 6 baby ducks that had gotten trapped in the sewer when we got there. He had pulled of the grate and climbed waist deep. The banker that helped us as incredibly nice and personable. Lynn at the desk was so sweet! I loved them! Thanks!
