- GSGreg StaffaNov 24, 20251.0I guess I though with a Wells Fargo on almost every other corner they are your neighborhood bank. But i've never seen a group so unwilling to work with people. With all the construction going on in sauk rapids, the city is placing easements on property. This involves notifying your lender which in my case is Wells Fargo. A simple sign off form has turned into hours and hours of calls. You can't go to the branch cause they dont handle mortgages and everyone point the finger at other departments,
