I recently started a business account and was told no fees unless the balance falls below $100....well I was misinformed, it's actually $500 so I am now being charged fees. Asked to speak to someone, but need an appointment. I'll be switching banks for my business asap Update: I received a reply from "owner" an hour after leaving the review telling ME how I can email more details so that they can look into these issues. Wow...Thanks for the opportunity but I'll pass, I've spent quite enough time on hold and in line at your bank.
