- MBM BSep 9, 20251.0I dare you to find a Wells Fargo branch that answers phone calls (ie. They don't). I dare you to find a branch that has coin counters (ie. They don't). I dare you to find a branch that doesn't try to sell you some service (ie. They all do). I dare you to find a branch that respects your privacy and doesn't ask you invasive questions like 'wow, any plans for all this money?' After about 30 years, I've finally hit the end of my rope and will be changing to a smaller local bank. I've had enough.

He sat there abusive with this twisted grin on his face like he was getting turned on by his own ignorance. We got received by banker named Carpenter. He wasn’t helpful at all. He completed disregarded his colleague’s advice by the name Jamal on how to navigate areas of new account setup that he did not understand for these types of accounts. We later had to spend hours on the phone a month or so after trying to fix what Carpenter mixed up and missed. It took us about 2 - 3 to get sorted out. Carpenter had disregarded everything he was told and chose to identify a foreign national as a tax paying citizen. Will take my business elsewhere.
