- DBDavid BrinkmanDec 23, 20252.0Wells Fargo used to be a great bank. Over the years, they keep diminishing services available at their branches. They closed one bank in town, and are remodeling a couple others downsizing the physical space because they have a lot less staff to service clients.

While she maintained a friendly tone, her actions were misleading and unprofessional, leading to financial inconvenience and frustration. I’ve filed formal complaints with both Wells Fargo corporate and state regulators. Behaviour like this should not be tolerated in any position of trust, and I hope the company takes appropriate action
